Email - to - PDF - to - Excel Process

The user used to send an email with a specific body and subject line. This email used to contain an attachment in the form of a zip file. 

Step 1) The bot used to read the subject lines on all unread mails download the zip file, extract the pdf inside it and store it into the input folder. 

Step 2) The bot used to read the body and extract relevant data and store it into the output sheet "sheet 3" . (this data varies for each mail) 

Step 3) Now the bot would read the pdf inside the input folder, apply Regex expressions and extract the relevant data from it and store it into "sheet 1". 

Step 4) On the basis of data into sheet 1 the other relevant data i.e Slots are extracted and stored into sheet 2. 

Step 5) All these happens for only those months whose date is mentioned into Invoice date inside PDF. 

Step 6) Once this is done the bot would send an email stating that the pdf perviously extracted has been processed successfully. 

Conditions:- If the subject line is invaild or if there is no attachment present inside the mail than the bot would trigger a mail stating either "the subject line is Invaild" or "There is no attachment found inside the mail" 

Search and Scrap

Step 1) When the bot is run it prompts a dialogue box where the user has to enter the something that he wants to be searched. 

Step 2) Then the bot opens Facebook Market place and searches for the user input. It also sets the range to within 10km radius. 

Step 3) Once the bot finds it extracts all the names, description and the price for those data and stores it into a CSV file. 

Step 4) Once this is done the bot opens up another site (Cannot disclose site name) and performs the same process. 

Step 5) After all the data has been appended into the csv file. That file is mailed to the user.
