Create Team Sheets – 23 Vehicle Lines

This process includes generation of reports from a Mainframe application which compare weekly and monthly forecasted volume data from the current week and previous week for each Model Year-Vehicle Line. From the generated file received via Webmail, about 25 business rules are then executed and Team Sheet report is built, and simultaneously the Vehicle Metrics Sheet and the Forecast to Capacity Data Compare Report are updated. This RPA traverses through a Mainframe Application (IBM HOD), Webmail and several Excel files.
