Xiaomi Intelligent Automation

Description:

Xiaomi is one of the leading smartphone brand in India, headquarters in china. In this project, I was involved in developing RPA’s. In business perspective, using CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) these are a huge financial save to the Client. We build these RPA using the tool Automation Anywhere. To support the tool, we also use VBA and SQL to regulate the process flow.

Automation Processes:

• Credit Notes
• Account Receivables
• Sales Order creation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing multiple processes with a team size of 4 FTE’s.
• Worked on different Licenses in Automation Anywhere, like Development Client License, Run Client License, Control Room License.
• Driving code reviews, assisting UAT /Approve and implementation
• Worked closely with Process SME's to translate process in to detailed design documents and educated SME's to work with Bots in production.
• Created external scripts using VBS, VBA and integrated with Automation Anywhere to achieve process automation
• Ensures reusable components are designed & developed where applicable
• Identify Automation opportunities in processes
• Analyzing the problems and implement the processes to improve.
• Innovative ideas to reduce the time span of a process.
• Developed Power Bi dashboards to visualize the various BOT and business metrics.
• Supporting the Ops during UAT and Go-Live phases.
