RPA- COE Set up

Aligned with cost-saving, process improvement, and quality transaction goals of the organization, RPA governance and framework had to be set up to get the journey started.

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Drive Centre of Excellence by performing project benefit quantification and process prioritization.
2. Design ‘Development’ and ‘QA’ methodology for RPA.
3. Implement ‘Agile’ methodology. Estimating automation efforts for ad-hoc scripts and focusing on various POC.
4. Preparing business cases and benefits quantification for each cases.
5. Preparing project pipeline for the whole year and governing their delivery.
6. Designed and developed RPA solutions to accelerate Business processes.
7. Designed and developed Solution Design document(SDD)
8. Worked on Process Definition Document (PDD) step by step keystroke level.
9. Established RPA production support framework.

Automating claims process

Project Description: Drive and establish the Centre of Excellence for RPA. Build reusable automation components using Automation Anywhere and Blue prism. Develop and Present ‘Proof of concepts’ to clients and building competencies.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Create documents and framework around RPA Architecture, Development and QA best practices.
• Designing and implementing solutions around RPA software like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and to advise our clients on RPA tool selection.
• Support business development activities, responding to the proposals as a RPA subject matter expert, by coordinating with key stake holders in the company.
• Training associates on Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism RPA tools.
• Creating awareness within the organizations by taking various workshops on RPA
