Service Now Automation (ITSM)
The project was to automate the process of fetching the details of assigned ticket, change the status of ticket
and perform actions based on the details mentioned in the ticket. These tickets mainly focuses on management of
collective policies of the insurer. After fetching the details bot had to go to Client’s Front End website and update the
policies of the insured for which the tickets were generated.

• Reduced processing time for daily tickets from 8 hours to 1 hours.
•  Project was developed in Accenture’s in-house RPA Platform.
• Assisted in writing test cases.
• Following the PDD’s and technical documents developed by the Solution Architects & leads.

• Building Process Design Documents (PDD), Test document describing Requirement gathering, business logic, Technical Specification, test cases.
• Understand Client Requirements, Prepare POC’s (Proof of concepts), budget analysis and have worked on different SDLC such as Waterfall model & Agile Methodologies.
• Excellent people skills, with the stakeholder management and influencing abilities needed to nurture effective working relationships with contacts in and outside of the organisation.
• Designed and developed reusable Business Objects & Processes for efficient and effective delivery.
• Managed a team of 6 people, mentored junior resources and was responsible for their training and knowledge transfer to them.
• Motivated by new challenges and desire to collaborate with a team of diverse skills and experience.
