ATR Cash and Bank

The user puts a file into folder and bots picked one by one file for processing after that all data is pushed into SAP.

Late Voucher Creation

The Project is related to get some containers as input from customers, If the container state is Gate-Out/ Gate-in then only we process the containers and compare the dates and inform to the user that this is a late voucher (Have time to process this).

SOB Updation

The project is related to get some containers and dates as input from customers, then open containers in GCSS and update the given dates in GCSS. After updating export updated data from the database into excel and send updated sheets to customer.

Insurance Booking : Telebinding

The process is related to book insurance for home appliances like T.V, Fridge, Washing Machine. We get some insurance booking cases from the salesperson. Then dump all data in DB, and take one by one record for processing. This project is related to matching tenure and adding amount against the deal id. After completing the process, extract records from the database to excel and send an updated sheet to the customer.

Mandate Dispatch

We downloading input reports from MPAS application for 38 banks, consolidating all input and segregating the data file wise. Then dump all data in DB, and take one by one record for processing. This project is related to matching LAN no with images that are getting from the WinSCP tool and renaming the images with LAN no, and making the zip file and uploading this data into the MPS web application. After completing the process, extract records from the database to excel and send an updated sheet to the customer.

Master 1A IFA

We get some cases from customers over mail. Then dump all data in DB, and apply input validations as mentioned in BRD. Then prepare files for uploading in finnone web application for code creation. This project is related to create codes against IFA, DME, Galaxie applications. Then after code creation in finnone web application downloading a file and update status against the records in DB using downloaded report file from finnone web application. After completing the process, extract records from the database to excel and send an updated sheet to the customer.

Distributed Personal Loan(DPL)

This project is related to Personal Loan. We get some cases from customers over mail. Then dump all data in DB, and apply input validations as mentioned in BRD. Then put inputs in Finnone web application and book the personal loans and update status against the records in DB. After completing the process, extract records from the database to excel and send an updated sheet to the customer.

CV Liberary

This process is related to update inputs on the CV portal. We read the input file and login to the CV-Library portal and navigate to the search CV page. Then enter inputs like domain name, experience, etc. Then extract data from the table and store it into UiPath first data table. Then navigate to each and every profile and extract contact details and email and store that into the second data table. Then merge these 2 data tables and consolidate in 1 data table and then enter the values in excel. Send this consolidated excel to customers.

PDF Integration

This project is related to fetch data from different PDF’s. Read PDF files from the shared drive and convert it into a string. Then we are applying regex formula to extract email id, contact number, address, and put this in one data table and then, at last, read this data table and put values in excel and format the excel. And send this excel file to customers.

CI Automation Team

This project is related to filter out data from the web and fetch data from the web. Open the Automation Browser and Enter City Name and State on the web page and click Submit. Filtered data is shown. Create a new excel with a header as  “Name”, “Surname”, “Address”, “City”, ”State”, ”Zip Code”, ”Country”, ”Occupation”, ”Company”. Fill the Input data extracted from the web into newly created Excel with respective fields. Repeat this for all the values in filtered data.

Comparing prices from different online stores

The objective of this case study is to prepare an RPA to compare multipurpose printer prices of Flipkart and amazon online shop. All related category products from Flipkart and Amazon shall be listed in an xls/xlsx file. If the model name is matching then the price difference shall be shown in the report. Use the model name of the printer for comparison.
