• Credit Check and Posting: Receive input files from 3 sources(Oracle DB, excel, NACHA file), format input into common format and store in SQL DB, used store procedure to normalize NACHA file, and then apply business rules and calculate the amount and do posting on TN3270 mainframe application.

• Ledger Report Reconciliation: Bot use to get input files from multiple sources like File share, web portal and execute several business rules and at the end as output creates a report containing multiple sheets having information about matched and unmatched transaction exceptions.

• Customer Profile Update: Bot use to take input from the email received excel file and after saving it to local bot place excel data one by into database and after need to execute some business rule to validate the data and then open CRM web application and fill the retrieved DB info and create a ticket and then read the ticket number and send the details to respective business email ids.

• Total Cost Manager(TCM): The bot receives text file as an input and reads the relevant section out of the big text file and the query to OLT oracle database and retrieve the required information and send success email to the business user if both data matches else send business exception email.

• HealthCheck & email Monitoring:At the starting and mid of the working day, bot need to verify 7 web portals whether running fine by navigating on given screens and also monitor outlook mailbox whether given mail list emails received.
