• Lead business process optimization spanning across all areas of Application Services [AS] to reduce E2E cycle times, increase data quality, and automate tasks which are highly repetitive and manual
• Lead client transformation initiatives, guiding the strategy and short/long-term roadmap for infusing Automation solutions
• Subject matter expertise from a project management, process modeling, IT governance, and requirements clarification perspective to build a rigorous and strong foundation for the Intelligent Automation Platform CoE.

• Subject matter expertise from a project management, process modeling, IT governance, and requirements clarification perspective to build a rigorous and strong foundation for the RPA CoE.
• Promote and drive a culture of Operational Excellence in the Global Business Solutions organization, by leveraging RPA technology and tools when possible
• Sample project (2018): Automating periodic attestation of User Access to a large suite of enterprise applications. This was a tedious and inefficient process that benefited greatly from applying RPA technology.
