Workday Payroll

Involves application like Oracle Workday application, Peoplesoft,Outlook and Excel. 

This process will record file obtained from HR through email and loaded to bot. Creating journals is performed on Workday application by Launch/Scheduling the search code. Selection of Pay Period and Pay Groups (multiple pay groups if any) which initiates processing of pay period/groups to peoplesoft Gateway.

Once payroll creation is successull, journals are generated by running the “Payroll JE Creation”. During the run, process monitor will show that job within the Process list. This process, if the job does not run to success, this should be recorded in an error log for distribution.

The result for each journal will be recorded in an excel file. The overall results are recorded in a sheet with all the information present in the Excel data set for the journal being worked.
