The orders from different vendors keep on coming to SAP to be released. Now there is a manual step involved where the decision is to be made if the order has to be released or not. There are 2 bots in this use case. One to fetch the new orders from SAP and put them in the SharePoint list. The SP list is made in such a way that it can be viewedby the auditor from a phone if needed. Once the auditor sees a new order he/she will mark it as release or hold. Now the second bot hkeeps monitoring the SP list and immediately releases the order marked as release. This process is done the whole workin day and the auditors have lesser dependency and work compared to earlier when the automation was not resent.
