I have hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere with IQ BOT
and Uipath With Intelligent OCR implementation like Abby and Azure. I have a quite bit of knowledge using c# to build a custom activity for Uipath business automation and VBA also. I have hands-on experience in basic python scripts and functions implementation with uipath and Automation Anywhere.
Muthoot Finance Corporation has a collaboration with 50 different banks like Axis, SBI, IOB, Syndicate, PNB, CSB, Yes Bank..etc for doing their financial transactions. The each and every bank have a more 100 numbers of Acc So they need automation for downloading all the transaction of the each and every Bank Acc in daily basis and a weekly basis and a monthly basis. So I and my teammate went out to the Muthoot Corporate office and analyze the process flow and get all the inputs we have a need from them and finished the bot. I have used the share point list for store all the Bank account details
and using a caml query for getting the value from the Sharepoint list. I have used the orchestrator for maintaining the logs of the bot and a store all the credentials need to log in the Bank business website as queue items and set the trigger in the orchestrator for the bot when do it will start running. The need for this bot is my client has to calculate the cutoff balance for each and every beneficiary on a daily basis and upload the details of the transactions in the Orion portal.
Proserve is the financing company located in Mumbai. They also have the same requirement as Muthoot. But they can't able to afford the expenses for purchasing the office 365 bundle with Sharepoint and uipath Enterprise Orchestrator. So instead of the Sharepoint list for saving the bank login credentials of the multiple different banks and the acc number details of each bank, I have used the protected excel worksheet. And made all the date logics also inside the worksheet. I named the workbook as Rule File. And for maintaining the bot run log instead of orchestrator I have used the simple text file and for scheduling the bot trigger i have used the windows scheduler software.
I have done this project in Automation Anywhere.
Every vendor bassed company has to generate an E-Way pass/Bill for transporting their product from their store to the client's location. For generating the Eway Bill we have to extract the required details from the product purchase order or the Invoice copy. so for extracting the details I have used IQ Bot in Automation Anywhere. After extracting the details from the pdf I have used an excel sheet to save the details. For cracking the captcha in the Gvt E-way portal I have used Death By Captcha API. After the login process, we have to enter all information from the excel file to the portal and generate the bill and send that to the sales team through mail automation.
