Know Your Client RPA Document System - European Bank

Responsible for ongoing solution delivery, architecture and development for RPA solutions at the bank. Primarily focused on the Know Your Client (KYC) group to manage and code delivery of the robotics solution for data gathering for a team of 180 analysts currently, expanding to cover all KYC analysts across the world over the coming months.

Project: Handover from initial system build from external consultants, future architectural design and software build for new features / planned improvements in both Automation Anywhere and C#. Advise on future RPA projects across the bank. Recruitment of team for RPA development, as well as training for Operations RPA staff, as well as interns.

Development of RPA Best Practice Methods and Bot Templates - European Telco

Developed best practice model in conjunction with client. Merged existing Automation Anywhere best practice with companies existing model. Built template for all future bots to ensure standardisation if configuration files, consistent task flow structure and standardised variables, as well as compatibility with logging systems.

Migration of RPA Bots from Laptops to VDI’s - European Telco

Client was running 16 bots on laptops. Project was to develop roadmap for migration, design, build, test and deploy suitable VDI environment, as well as complete migration of bots to new environment.

RPA Automated Expense Management System - Global Consultancy

Developed bot to manage automation of taxi expenses. Built logic based on business case provided by management staff. Managed development team and developed the bots and tested in against various use cases. Testing in real live situations and manage new feature development cycle.
Responsibilities included bot architecture, gathering business logic, code development and testing, as well as bot implementation to QA and corporate testing departments.

RPA Banking BPO Reporting System

Developed bot to gather data from a combination of legacy and text-based reporting systems to automate consolidation of data to single reporting document to disseminate across business.
Responsibility included the documentation of the process (as-is and to-be) and developing the solution design and technical design documents. Developed the complete bot in Automation Anywhere and supported the UAT and deployment of the solution

·         Developed a proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS) data gathering system in C# which combines web crawling, organising and sorting web content, data storage, and web search engine data retrieval

·         After setting up the company, I passed the top level business management role on to focus on the technical, project management and operational aspects of the business

·         Designed and developed automation scripting product to real-time control the harvesting system including dynamic automation of target data

·         Designing, building and deploying .Net / C# / javascript / jQuery / MS SQL MVC web and win WebForms apps, both for my company and external clients

·         Maintaining all company ICT assets including pcs, servers, networking and software

·         Designed and developed the system which is comprised of a windows application using cefSharp to run a bespoke browser which is controlled by a home grown scripting language to automate data gathering from any online data source. The data passed to an N-dimensional database which can store any shape or size data. The database is managed by a web application for all search and reporting

·         Responsible for designing, building and maintaining the organisations systems and have experience in setting up MS SQL databases, Apache Solr search engines, web and apps
