Subscriber account Creation and Package Configuration

Project Description: 

My Client has a huge customer base with channels customized as per their need. Whenever there is a new subscriber request or change

in the existing channel packages, a service team of size 25 receives a request for the same through email/web platforms and perform

necessary actions accordingly. As there is a high volume of requests received every day and have an SLA attached to it we proposed a

solution to the business using RPA platform and implemented the same

Contribution: 

• Participating in process understanding meetings along with Business Analyst to develop scalable, efficient process automations and reusable components that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses

• Unit testing the developed automation.

• Performing the code review and participating in internal audits. 

• Fixing bugs raised by QA team.

Lotus Notes ID file Process - Elimination

Project Description: 

My Client is having few Legal, critical, and stable workflow applications in Lotus Notes. To access these applications user’s should have a

lotus notes ID file. This project motive is to utilize RPA technologies to automate the existing manual processes of Lotus notes ID file

creation and thereby decreasing the manpower and cost. This process involves fetching information from the Service-Now website, 

manipulating data through excel formulas, validating requestor information in internal web directory and then submitting a request in

lotus notes tool for ID creation.

Contribution: 

• Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for automation.

• Develop automation processes as per the Technical Design Document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements.

• Participate online meetings to demonstrate the capabilities of RPA for on-going projects and potential clients.

• Responsible for implementing the full life cycle of RPA solutions: identifying automation opportunities, gather requirements, implement, test and deploy targeted automation solutions using industry leading RPA tool UiPath

Vendor Master – Data Team

Project Description:

My Client is a science company and has many vendors around the globe and their SAP platform maintains all this

information. Whenever there is a need for new Vendor data creation, data team uses a lotus notes application for initiating the

request and upon all approvals they manually enter the information into SAP from the data gathered lotus notes record. This project

motive is to utilize RPA technologies to automate the existing manual processes of entering data into SAP systems and thereby

decreasing the manpower and cost.

Contribution: 

• Gathering detailed requirements from Client for business processes.

• Developed scalable, efficient process automations and reusable components that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses

• Adding automations on SAP by learning the interface

• Unit testing the developed automation.

• Fixing bugs raised by QA team.

AP4 Invoice Processing

Project Description:

My Client has many operations supported by external vendor companies. There will be hundreds of invoice emails

flowing from these companies into client's financial operations team group mail box every day for invoice processing. Finance

operation team manually extract the information from email attachments and enter the data in an internal web tool for further

processing in SAP. This project motive is to design and implement RPA processes to automate the existing manual processes of

extracting information from attachment and input them into website.

Contribution:

• Created Functional Requirements Documents, based on business process design discussions with business stakeholders.

• Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design, development and creating test cases

• Designed and tested Bots for processes using UiPath.
