Technical Scope: Migration from SAP ECC 7.5 to S/4HANA and Greenfield Landscape Implementations for Ford Motor Company.   The Greenfield Implementations included SAP S/4HANA 1809 and  1909  S/4HANA landscapes.   The Greenfield implementations included  PO 7.5, BODS 4.2 & NWDS Solution Manager 7.2, Solution Manager 7.2,  SAP Ariba,  ADS 7.5,  GRC 7.52, SLT 7.52, HANA Cockpit 2.0,  LAMA 2.0, BODS 4.2, NWDS 4.2, BW 7.5, SAP BPC 10.0.

• Perform installation of SUM and configured to SUM host agent.
• Configured Downtime Optimization for DMO of SUM.
• Analyzed Error logs and corrected DMO migration errors
• Analyzed SUM/DMO performance and table splitting and corrected as needed
• Worked with HPE Hardware vender in standing up hardware and installing SAP software.

• Calculated sizing data via SAP HANA QuickSizer application and delivered to Ford management.
• Performed Post Installation tasks on all systems in SAP Development and QA Landscapes.

Installed Redwood’s business process automation (BPA) software at client sites in the US, Canada and Australia. Configured SAP NetWeaver environments and handled system refreshes. Performed error analyses for hosted systems. Conducted training sessions and provided knowledge transfer. 

• Reduced number of man-hours to perform SAP system refreshes by over 50%.
• Achieved 100% success rate on engagements in which Redwood’s SystemCopy tool was deployed.
• Installed first-ever S/4 HANA version of the SystemCopy tool with a NetWeaver BPA application layer.

• Provided production support for systems running on AIX with an Oracle 11i database. Upgraded the ECC environment from EHP 5 to EHP 7 using SUM; utilized SolMan to configure XML files and Support Pack stack loads. Installed BO 4.1 SP6 landscape (both clustered and non-clustered), Installed NetWeaver Portal 7.42 SP5 and Fiori 1.0 SPS2 (including interfaces to HCM).

• Provided SAP Basis and Security support. Contributed to blueprinting for business consolidation projects involving Solution Manager and SAP Mobile Platform. Upgraded BPC to NetWeaver 7 and participated in evaluation of HANA Cloud installation. Led Nota Fiscal (NFe) upgrade and handled Vertex installation and configuration.
• Migrated the SAP landscape to VM (virtual) servers, increasing the performance of each server by at least 40%, while reducing database downtime from 12 hours to 2.5. Decreased system refresh times from three days to just four hours.
