The main objective of this project to maintain and keep system up to date without any issues. To keep system healthy and up we need to perform daily monitoring and various data check there are overall 800 SAP Systems in which 120 are SAP SOX System. And resolving critical issues of customers by using SERVICE NOW tool. For this we are using S-NOW ticketing tool and JIRA tool.
