• Created multiple Onboarding tasks with in a Process for each Location specific.
• Handled complex integration and Monitoring activity as part of the Job scope.

Oracle Fusion HCM- Taleo Implementation Project

Project Description:

Testing and Support on Taleo and Fusion HCM.

Role:

• Client site role Lead for Support on complete Taleo and Fusion HCM Modules
• Leading the complete project Team of 7 Peoples.
• Handling over more than 35 Custom Integrations as a lead Techno-Functional consultant and also Enhancing and fixing bugs then and there.
• Configured lot of custom notifications, Reports in Taleo and Fusion HCM.
• Handling the complete system configuration, Fixing up issues and Enhancements on a daily basis.
• Leading up the team Sending Daily Status, PMO, and Weekly status call with the clients.
• Tracking issues and requirements and following up with the team to get the tasks completed.
• Preparing documents related to business processes and configuration.
• On delivering solutions on time and worked extensively on all modules we have won the project for another one more Year where I have leaded the team.

• Worked on from Initial data configuration to End to End project delivery.
• Worked on Technical Reports and helped and been a part of integration on Java and Web services calls.
