• Involved in all initial AS-IS discussion with business leads and business heads along with core team. Documenting the AS-IS process on daily basis based on the discussions.
• Reviewed these documents with the core team and business heads and made changes, if any.
• Made changes in AS-IS draft document, with the suggestions from core team and business heads. After the changes have made issued the AS-IS document to core team.
• Conducted AS-IS review meeting with all business heads along with core team to finalize AS-IS process. Issued new version of AS-IS document, with changes made as per review meeting.
• Incorporated all business requirements along with AS-IS process in AS-IS document and submitted to core team for signoff.
• Prepared TO-BE process using flowcharts.
• Prepared business blueprint with AS-IS, TO-BE, Gaps and Gap resolution methods. 
• Designed the Enterprise Structure as per the client requirement.
• Configured the customer master data according to client requirement.
• Create the sales document types, and customize the screen layouts for the sales document types.
• Defined the number ranges for the sales document types.
• Configured pricing procedures, and price determination procedure.
• Defined the Partner determination procedure for the customer master and sales documents
