Development Tasks: Wrote more than 50 apex classes, test classes and triggers and 10
visual force pages to automate various tasks and improve data visibility.

• For customer support team, designed visual force page to select and send email templates
as per requirement from customers.
• For the logistics team, designed the public site using visual force to update courier details into
the system.
• For the accounts team, wrote triggers so they could create batches of records as per their
daily requirement and export.
• Using Pentaho tools, automated the task of updating transactional data from website to
salesforce thus cutting the manual work of entering data from payment gateway reports.
• Automated the update of MIS files received from the bank directly into salesforce thus
removing the task of the manual update.
