MS Dynamics Customer Relation Management 365:

Develop, test, implement and support CRM systems with duties of:

  • Supported testing and development of a multi-lingual Unified Service Desk Contact Center implementation that integrated with Genesis to support screen pops.
  • Migration of data from various system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with various system.
  • Working experience on Agile Scrum, Iterative, waterfall methodology
  • Deep knowledge on Dynamics CRM infrastructure implementation – identify the infrastructure strategy, Troubleshoot knowledge on CRM installation /outlook client, Implementation of ADFS, Server-Side Synchronization implementation.
  • Part of development team for Census 2020 Microsoft Dynamics CRM / USD - CTI integration project.
