• Overseeing the entire software development life cycle: Gathering requirements (BRD, FRD, TRD), reviewing requirements, UAT test scripts, UAT Test Cases, authoring specifications, writing stories, building task lists, running status reviews, prioritizing, managing scope, tracking velocity, updating backlog, always staying a step or two ahead
• Well-rehearsed in integration knowledge specifically with Celigo and the integrator IO tool, to connect applications such as NetSuite, SalesForce, Shopify, UltiPro, Concur etc.. through API's
• Implementing NetSuite ERP, Oracle Fusion HCM, UltiPro, ADP Vantage, Ceridian Dayforce, for clients from Mid-Market to Enterprise size
• Managing Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive projects to success and adapt phased / sprints approaches if needed
• Aligning with Vendors on integrations into HCM, ERP, and CRM platforms
• Effectively managing UAT (User Accepted Testing), creating test scripts, user stories, and providing support to end users
• Providing regular and reliable project reporting (weekly status calls, checkpoints, etc.)
• Listening, learning and consulting to understand the client needs vs. wants, and communicating to main stakeholders
• Conducting day-to-day client communications, and building credibility and trust
• Representing the team effectively by keeping issues realistic, avoiding slippage (change orders), and mitigating risk
• Establishing credibility by climbing the curve to understand anything - at any level of depth - related to the project
• Raising red flags and facilitate dialogue that transforms “issues” into actionable plans
