This project is about Implementation of Salesforce knowledge database for Tyco Electronics, so that members of the Channel Business Unit can start organizing knowledge that is scattered across various cases, mails, outlook folders etc. Creation of knowledgebase in Salesforce along with possible aggregation of knowledge database available in other external sources will provide a unique feature to Channel members where they can search for any information that is required to help customers.

PruForce will run on the traditional Salesforce.com platform, it will be specifically formatted to reflect client business model. Release 1 of Prudential Retirement’s CRM initiative implementation will focus on core sales and mobile capabilities; although there are a host of additional capabilities will be deployed over time. PruForce will replace Onyx as the primary relationship management application for Prudential Retirement.

Primary objective of LINK2GI project is to provide a single application to be used within Group Insurance for all aspects of Sales and Account Management tracking and management reporting for up market clients.
Today sales information lives in various applications and lotus notes databases. LINK2GI project aims to link SAM, UW, Proposal & Marketing functions by consolidating sales pipeline, win/loss, book of business, broker activity, call logging and campaign information. This will enable effective Sales processes as all the information is available under one roof and build targeted, effective marketing campaigns based on consolidated sales data.
All the up market proposal and RFP processes will be initiated from Sales Force.com (SFDC) and submitted to SPARC. All the associated documents, attachments and email information will be stored in Content Management system and accessed via SFDC.
