I am an experienced Global IT Program/Project Manager with approximately 26 years of overall experience.
As a senior Global IT Program/Project Manager, I am responsible for ensuring the development, management and implementation of the overall global IT strategy according to objectives that have been established. Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved with every aspect of my client’s global IT strategy and have served as a liaison between senior leadership, business users, vendors and technical resources in order to ensure program consistency among all stakeholders.
I have extensive experience with coordinating the day-to-day activities of both onshore and offshore project teams across matrix organizations. In addition, I have been responsible for the development and execution of stakeholder communication plans so as to ensure that all project stakeholders receive timely and accurate status updates as it relates to the project deliverables.
I am proficient with providing strategic direction regarding the delivery of global IT services. My clients have included multi-national organizations that have employee populations ranging from 1000 to over 350,000 with global operations in 50+ countries around the globe.

Served as Sr. Project Manager responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks for the migration from ADP Enterprise to UltiPro Payroll. Also responsible for managing the development of the integrations between Workday HR, Kronos and all 3rd party integrations. Managed project scope, time, resources, cost and quality by understanding the clients' needs and objectives; defining the project scope; creating and managing the project plan; leading the project team in its efforts; and overseeing and ensuring quality delivery.

Served as IT Program Manager responsible for managing the overall consulting engagement and day-to-day tasks related to the implementation, upgrade(s) and functional design, configuration, documentation and testing of Payroll, Tax and Garnishment interfaces for PeopleSoft versions 8.3 to 9.1, JD Edwards versions 8.12 to 9.0 and SAP versions 4.7, 5.0 and 6.0 utilizing the NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Payroll Interface, Workforce Administration and Base Benefits modules.
