SAP Workday Consultant

• Gathering requirements, understand business processes, advise the client to follow SAP best practices
• Configure the system, run iteration workshops
• Update business scenarios and workbooks and identify the required integrations between the solution and other applications
• Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.
• Responsible for the communication with SAP for new, existing defects
• Release management, including testing and coordination with the team members on changes, update operational documents based on release changes.
• Supports Change Management team around Application and Release Support.
• Perform unit testing (SIT, UAT).
• Support project management team by providing information about the current status and raise any risk.
• Perform data upload activities for master data, and foundations objects
• Prepare Cut-Over activities, move the configurations to production
• Postproduction support with Workday modules including HCM, Onboarding, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Inbound & Outbound, Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Process Configuration, and Security groups.
