SAP S/4 HANA Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible as a Project Manager for SAP Implementation, Support and Maintenance.
• Lead S/4 HANA Implementation & SAP Post Go Live Support
• Consulting as a FICO Manager in the area of SAP ERP, FICO, P2P (Purchasing & Invoicing), OTC (Sales process)
• Provide Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 support for FICO, MM, SD, PP, PS, QA modules
• Ensure that all business processes are mapped and configured in SAP FICO, PP, MM, SD modules
• Having Knowledge in the area of other SAP modules like PP, QA, PS, Basis, PM, GRC, PI
• Work cross functionally to resolve the daily operational issues
• Evaluated and implemented integration between SAP and NON SAP applications resulting in automation of flow data inbound and outbound.
• Develop the cutover strategy and facilitated the creation of the cutover plans and interim business processes.
• Ensure quality and SAP standard practices are followed
• Develop, communicate and maintain stakeholder relationship
• Prepared on project planning, cut-over plan, training plan and conduct workshop
• Plan, organize, integrate, measure and control project tasks
• Ensure that all end-users are trained in SAP

Project Management: -

• Lead team of Functional and Technical consultants to ensure stable operations for post go-live
• Develop effective & Innovative solutions for the organization for optimal use of SAP system
• Drive the preparation of a clear and detailed timetable with pre-defined tasks specific to projects
• Develop, generate, and update an integrated project plan in steering committee
• Lead each phase to ensure milestones are achieved
• Prepare required reports, briefings and summaries detailing project activities
• Provide support to business users in UAT, User trainings, workshop conducted

Change & Stakeholder Management: -

• Support change management at the organizational level
• Manage the expectations of Stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Ensured that information system is in place to meet the information requirements of all stakeholder
• Coordinate effective communication among teams and stakeholders
• Ensures that all the activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards. The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed
