· ServiceNow professional with 4.7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration at Accenture Solutions Private Limited and Fujitsu Consulting India.

· Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies.
· Integrated ServiceNow instance with 3rd party application
· Excellent experience in debugging integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party application
· Experience on adding additional functionalities within exiting implemented integrations
· Worked on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide, Workflow and Inbound Email Actions.
· Worked on Scheduled Job, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, Email Templates.
· Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Portal
· Excellent experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production support.
· Experience in configuring the Service Level Agreements.
· Experience on various ServiceNow customizations as per client's requirement.
· Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets.
· Basic knowledge of HR Service Management module
