About

With almost 10 years of IT experience in Dynamics CRM & web development. From the inception of my IT career, I
am working in Dynamics CRM practice only.
My first company was Wipro Technologies and there I have worked in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011 On-
Premise version. After, that I have joined Infosys and here I am working from more than 7 years as Permanent
employee. In Infosys I have worked in MS CRM 2011, 2013 (On-Premise Deployment) and CRM 2015 version IFD
Deployment and from last almost 3 years I am working in Dynamics CRM 365 Online version.
Beside I, I write technical community blog on Dynamics CRM based on my day to day CRM experiences.
At Infosys Limited, currently, I am responsible for leading a development team of 4 CRM developers for our one
of the leading clients in the health and insurance domain. I and my team were instrumental in structuring Case
Management System. In this project, I contributed in each stage from POC stage to Go-Live.
