Migration and Development of Mule API

The client wanted to migrate from Mule 3.9 making use of the new features and improvements available in the latest Mule 4 version. On-Premise infrastructure was designed across all environments and apps were deployed to both Cloudhub and On-prem. In addition to the migration, we are involved in development of new api working closely with the different business units.

As part of Hybrid Infrastructure setup team:

• Part of Brainstorming, Design and Development of the On-premise infrastructure setup across Non-Prod and Prod environments.
• Setup the mule-runtimes and installed license files across all on-premise environments.
• Created Unicast clusters in UAT, STG and Prod environments.
• Involved in creating dynamic Mule domain projects which is used by apps deployed in all on-premise environments.
• Optimized the wrapper.conf entries to ensure optimum environment settings.
• Setup Log4j and ELK for event monitoring.
• Setup alerts in Prod environments.
• Performed deployment in both Cloudhub and On-prem servers.

As part of Legacy Modernization team:

• Expedite API-Led approach to develop Experience, Process and System Apis.
• Perform as-is migration from Mule 3.9 to Mule 4 by updating the connectors with the latest version.
• Helped setup a Switch logic to dynamically switch apps between On-Premise and Cloudhub versions to provide business continuity.
• Solved critical legacy bugs involving Bouncy Castle encryption dependencies and Out of Memory exceptions by actively setting up JVM Heap and Metaspace values.
• Optimized the scheduler logic to solve concurrency issues.
• Developed Email, DB and SFTP and Amazon S3 system Apis.
• Worked on Elastic Search and Salesforce connectors.
