I have expertise in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CSM/HR/Custom Application-ServiceNow (Solution Design, Development, Implementation and Operational Support) for multiple customers ranging from medium sized businesses to enterprise operations.
Until recently, I have worked for Finastra (Fintech) and Deloitte Canada (Consulting) as a " Senior Consultant- ServiceNow”. In these roles I was focused on working with the Engagement managers and the client’s project teams, and had the overall responsibility to drive the completion of deliverable's on time and within budget.
Previous experience includes working with Sumo IT Solutions, Mantralogix Inc, as an ITSM Consultant -
ServiceNow focusing on ITSM solutions, CMDB, Custom applications, ServiceNow implementations and operational support.
My co-workers and friends would describe me as professional, hard worker and a quick learner. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
I have Masters of Engineering degree in ECE from University of Waterloo, Canada, and Bachelor of Technology degree in CSE from the Punjab Technical University, India.
