Moto: Integrating salesforce application with google forms

Aim: when we fill the required fields in the google forms page and click on submit, it will create a new record in salesforce application.

Description: 

1. Creating a google forms with required fields.
2. Creating objects and fields in SFDC org as per requirements.
3. Using the back end JavaScript code and rest api calls integrating both sfdc org and google forms.
4. Creating email alerts, process builders,work flows to work properly as per client requirements.
5. PreparPreparing documentation.
