I have been working in TCS  for Last 6 years and got opportunity to work in many projects which helped me to extend my knowledge in multiple areas of SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM & HR Payroll).Worked on SAP HR upgrade and migration project, Multiple SAP HR Sub projects and dealing  with customer requirement.

Client: APDCL (Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd.)

1.Project- SAP HR Implementation & Support

Provide complete solution and implementation of SAP HR and payroll to client.

Client: CSEB (Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board)

Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) was responsible for Generation, Transmission and Distribution of electricity in Chhattisgarh State. In accordance with the provisions contained in the Section 131-134 of   Electricity act 2003.

2.Project - SAP-HR Data & Payroll Migration and Implementation -

 This project is migrating all HR process from one server to another server with implementation and provides complete SAP HR process solution and complete configuration of Time and payroll management.

Contribution: Worked as SAP HR Functional consultant. Performed business- requirement analysis, prototyping, Configuration PCR, Wage types Creation, Info type Update, POC and developments. Performed Quality review. Communicated effectively with other stakeholders of the project such as Transport Management team, Process Integration team and working on client location Raipur.
