SAP HCM CERTIFIED CONSULANT
SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Integration Consultant Consulting and supporting, 7 Public Sector clients having unionized environment and concurrent employment with more than 15,000 employees.
Experience of implementation in SAP HCM for the development of Blueprint, Business Configuration, Go lives, End user training and Documentation.
9+ years of experience in Consulting and supporting complex payroll business scenarios, policies and legislation for multiple fortune 500 clients in SAP.
7+ years of experience in US, UK & Canada payroll involving end to end implementations, roll outs and support projects.
Successfully completed 2 Canada payroll implementation cycles.
Strong experience in working with Schemas, PCRs , functions of payroll, country legislations , BSI Tax factory, payment processing, taxation , pensions , third party remittances, gross ups , court orders and year end forms.
Extensive problem solving, decision-making skills coupled with excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligible for TN Visa and Secret Clearance
Consulting and supporting Province of Nova Scotia account which includes, health sector, school boards and Regional Municipality & Regional Housing Authority clients with individual and team ownership in SAP Payroll with complex payroll scenarios, change requests, system analysis, and new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support Consulting- Providing end to end SAP payroll consulting and support to multiple clients' queries and provide solutions to the complex system issues.
End to end payroll configuration like Gross Ups, Third Party remittances, country specific features, salary sacrifices, pensions, taxation and benefits & Stock Purchase plans.
Understanding the payroll logs, components of wage and payslips. Working with payroll calculation rules (PCR) for complex policies. RCA - Root cause Analysis to arrest the issues thereby preventing them from occurring again.
New projects and change requests to implement new entities and business policies. Requirement Gathering and documentation. Impact analysis on existing set up. UAT and regression tests followed by production Go Live.
Closely work with product teams in designing functional specifications for custom report development and reporting bugs in existing set up.
Provided work effort estimation on the new change requests.
Performed support pack testing using Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM) tool.
Creating transports and moving the changes using Charm.
Canada Year End Lead- Worked successfully as a year-end Lead for couple of years, handling all the PNS clients. This required complete year end process to decide which SAP notes to be applied for pay period 01 payroll and which needs to be applied for the generation of tax forms. Working closely with clients and team members to ensure completing configuration and testing.
