I have total 4+ years of experience working in servicenow technology. I worked modules like ITSM, service portal etc.
I am having CSA(servicenow mainline certificate) and some done some micro certifications on servicenow like Service portal, flow designer, virtual agent etc.

Top Project Highlights

Big four (LATCO ITSM harmonization)

The project included the harmonization of one of the ServiceNow instance owned by Big four. After harmonization we implemented the ITSM module for LATCO(contains Latin American countries) using CoE Standards.

My Roles and responsibilities:-

  • Did XML parsing of all the modules to move scoped application to Global application.
  • Implemented ITSM module for LATCO, which includes implementation of incident, problem, change and service request management.
  • Worked on client scripts, ui policies, data policies, Data Lookups for validations.
  • Worked on business rules, script includes, ACL for server side operations.
  • Worked on workflows to automate the process of ITSM.
  • Created Email notifications for all ITSM modules.
  • Worked on SLA definitions.

Big four (Automated Test Framework)

The project included Automated Test Framework(ATF) module. Our team designed automated test suites, test cases and test steps for different modules of deloitte like ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, GRC, Service Catalog etc.

My roles and responsibilities:-

  • Creating and updating test steps as per the design document.
  • Created custom test steps.
  • Created test suites for different modules.
  • Wrote server side scripts to get data from servers.

Big four(GFS)

GFS stands for Global financial services. Deloitte have separate Service portal and service catalog for financial services. From this portal the handle all financial related things.

My roles and responsibilities:-

  • Created new Service Portal.
  • Created new Service Catalog.
  • Created multiple categories and sub categories.
  • Created multiple catalog items.
  • Worked on catalog client scripts, catalog UI policies, script include for validations
  • Worked on workflows to make process automated.
  • Worked on Auto assignment.
  • Created new notifications for GFS catalog items.
  • Worked on scheduled jobs.
  • Worked on email scripts, email templates and email layouts.

Big four (ITSM Harmonization)

Harmonization of ITSM in US sustainment line.

My roles and resonsibilities:-

  • Developed new service portal from scratch.
  • Did integration between different instances of Deloitte member firms(SIS).

Becton Dickinson

The project included Enhancing the existing built modules in service now which included Incident management, Change Management, Problem management, Knowledge management, DMPPM, Enterprise Reporting, Portal,CMDB.

My roles and responsibilities:-

  • Creating and updating UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Business Rules as per change requirements.
  • Created custom module to integrate an external survey tool with service now.
  • Updated the working of Incident and Change management to create a M-2-M relation between them.
  • Maintained CMDB for the client.
  • Updated the Enterprise reporting module to improve performance. Updated 72 schedule jobs to reduce their execution time from days to few hours. Added new SLA to the reporting as per requirements. Added pagination feature to ensure reduced loads on server during report loading. Updated the export to excel feature to export results per page.
  • Created a Script Include and scheduled job to generate the monthly enterprise report on the last day of every month and get it mailed to respective users.
  • Created new email notifications for SLA breach.
