• Providing advice to the client’s global team on the best practices adopted by other companies. Working to establish a global T&E design template and supporting the client in decision making related to Concur configuration alterntive approaches.
• Work with individual sites for gathering user requirements related to local legislation and policy. Verifying possibilities in the system and supporting them with submission of exceptions required for deviation from global design.
• Design custom integration between Concur and SAP. Subsequently replace the same with SAP ICS/Native Integration.

AstraZeneca plc is a British–Swedish multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company. It has approximately 80,000 employees in approximately 95 countries.

• Design system architechture that included a custom integration between Concur and multiple SAP systems used across geographies and ability to fetch real-time data from meeting management (Veeva), SAP and SOA. Stadard data interchange interfaces were also included in this  blueprint.
• Work with Global Process leads, Group Finance, Local SME’s, Global Finance operations to understand current challenges and also the pertinent local statutory and policy requirements. Use the inputs to propose appropriate global solution and specific local variations. Use these inputs to determine appropriate design for Concur workflow.
• Participate and contribute to Sprint planning sessions to ensure that technical resources were utilized optimally.
• Train and lead an internal offshore configuration team to deliver advanced SAP Concur configuration. Establish a BAU team using these resources and cycle resources between the teams to strengthen team knowledge and satisfaction.
• Work with Training and Communication teams to design appropriate messaging and guidance to super/end users
• Attend regular meetings with senior stakeholders to report progress and highlight risks using business terminology

• First Concur deployment within 4 months of kick-off (Concur had indicated we would need 8)
• Deployed SAP Concur to 84 countries within 18 months using Agile methodology
