Configuration and customisation of many new and existing ServiceNow applications in line with business demand. These initiatives have often seen highly customised legacy solutions become simplified in line with current ServiceNow functionality and best practice, although custom scripting (JavaScript) has had to take place to facilitate business success
Design and engineer solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, Access Control Lists etc. Make efficient design decisions based around business processes, functional requirements, governance and ongoing cost.
Collaboration with a global ServiceNow Center of Excellence group whose remit is to standardise process, architecture and metrics for Service Management. Input has been made to cross form governance initiatives, alongside suggestions and feedback regarding architectural and technical functionality.
Operate and maintain a monthly enhancement release programme that gives focus to small changes to applications that would typically not get delivered in a formal project. Work in collaboration alongside peers to accurately predict effort required to maximise value in a release.
Provide consulting in areas on ServiceNow implementation for Governance, Risk and Compliance, Human Resource Management, IT Service Management along with technical training and user enablement
Exposure to full application development lifecycle including Requirements gathering, design, development, use case testing, application support and platform maintenance
Designed and developed Service Portals and web applications based on client requirements
Worked on different projects with internal departments at Panasonic to provide technical steer on automating internal processes such as User Management, Asset Management, IT Project Management, Employee On-boarding/off-boarding
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including: IT Metrics/KPIs, Budgeting, Quality, and Standards
Liaise between IT Department and user community in areas such as requirement gathering, and Business process changes
Develop custom ServiceNow applications for various process areas such as Legal department, Engineering
