Total 4 years of experience in IT industries and extensive knowledge in ServiceNow Development, Implementation and Administration since last 2 years.
• I have worked on multiple ServiceNow implementation projects for different customers catering to ITSM modules including incident, Problem, Change, and custom applications customization ITOM Modules Discovery.
• Experience on implementing end - to-end in ITSM Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB.
• Experience on MID server Configuration.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Discovery Management
• Experience in Cloud based Discovery (AWS)
• Extensive experience in implementation of Business Rules, Data Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Validations Scripts, Event Rules, Alert Rules, Correlation Rules and Event Field mapping Rules in ServiceNow.
Maintaining and updating the CMDB with new customer information. Involved in enhancing and modifying the ServiceNow discovery configuration and content in accordance to the business needs. Identification of more than 1000 Configuration Item through Discovery & gave support on eliminating the duplicacy on already running discovery (on approx. 10000 CI’s) .
Maintaining and updating the database with new customer information. Involved in enhancing and modifying the web page configuration and content in accordance to the business needs. Integrations with other systems and tools and supervised upgrades. Identification of more than 500 Configuration Item through Discovery & gave support on eliminating the duplicacy on already running discovery (on approx. 5000 CI’s) .
