A Salesforce Certified Application Architect with 9 years experience on the salesforce platform. Always looking for ways to implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objects, support new or expanding business objectives. I possess superior relationship building skills and proficient at analytical problem solving, requirements gathering, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce skills would include experience with declarative automation tools such as Salesforce Workflows, Process Builder, Visual Flows, and creating formula fields.
Onboard multiple users into a fairly new salesforce org to help document interactions with their clients and document deals completed.
As a solution Engineer I wear many hats. Sometimes I may be the project manager, business analyst, administrator, and developer. I participate in the on-going development and support of existing applications within Salesforce. Partaking in and lead meetings with stakeholders and executive management. Work with stakeholders to drive out business requirements. Periodically leading daily stand-up meetings to discuss tasks for the day. Implement Salesforce on-boarding for new users and departments, Assist with design solutions, execution of test plans and user testing before official rollout.
