Working on Solman ticketing tool for resolving SD related developments, Enhancements and configurations at Mahindra & Mahindra client.

Handling configuration related calls like Shipping, Billing, Pricing procedure, Routines, Condition Types, condition technique, Expert Consignment sales process, Inter company sales, Third party sales, Stock transfer order, Domestic sales.

Ability to understand complex business process and able to map in SAP System flawlessly. Developed / Modifies custom reports as per business requirement and provide training to users.

Experience in working with a team of 24 members for the implementation of a greenfield SAP ECC project for Agrochemical industry, Also handled post Go-live support efficiently. worked multiple support and Roll out projects. 

Knowledge of Integrating modules such as SD-MM, SD-FI, SD-PP, SD-CO and also Knowledge of ABAP debugging
