I am a Salesforce.com Sr. Application System Analyst with advanced Administrator experience; specializing in customization of Salesforce.com CRM, Process/Workflow documentation and development, Reporting Analytics, Advanced Level Microsoft Office.
I enjoy working with Salesforce.com and helping companies to fashion this tool to meet their business needs and processes. The processes must be defined and documented in order to establish appropriate customizations. Often the business processes are improved as the usage of Salesforce expands into other departments and provides analytical data. As of now there are 3 different instances of Salesforce being used across the all SBU’s in Pentair, so we have decided to merge all the 3 instances into one single consolidated org. So as all Org being consolidated, there are couple of new developments also comes up so first we have identified the leaders or Sales Ops team across all the SBU’s and then planning to setup some time together with the consultant and all the Business Owners/Product Owners & IT Admin teams. And also did the implementation with the ERP system.
There are couples of custom object, which we had developed in our instances, and we are aware of all the functionality so we decided that we will build the same in the new org also. I was solely responsible of all the automations of the Custom objects, reports and Dashboards which we built in our org. And also involved in the UAT testing and we follow the agile methodologies.
Responsible to deliver solutions to the business that will enable customer insights through informative analytics, customer profiling, segmentation, and interaction with business partners. The role will participate in systems implementation, and on-going maintenance and support of CRM and integrated systems. The CRM Lead will contribute to the development and review of the CRM strategy needed to meet the business requirements, as well as provide configuration, testing, documentation, training coordination and user support for CRM systems.
Description - The purpose of the project is to migrate from the existing applications i.e. VB and MS Access to
Salesforce mainly in the sales domain. In this project, we configured the SFDC like existing application and also
developed few Visualforce pages to handle the major functionalities like Forecast Calculation and Opportunity,
Account creation. We also dealt with the visibility for each record among 56 partner users. The Visibility was handled
by implementing the Role Hierarchy, Criteria Based Sharing and Apex Classes/Triggers. The major challenges faced is
data visibility, so that the partners cannot visible the others users data.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of
organization. Also created various profiles and roles configured the permissions based on the org hierarchy.
2. Work in conjunction with the Commercial Operations Leader to design, develop, and improve tools and
methodologies to forecast Orders, manage pipeline/opportunities and track leads.
3. Configuration of Salesforce application for various objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Activity.
4. Worked on the designing of custom objects, custom fields, role based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom
reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats.
5. Involved in Deployment, deployment from one environment to different environments.
6. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, expert in
translating large amounts of complex data into simple/relevant reports.
7. Working with team and others to analyze current data sources and reporting mechanisms to determine specific
updates/changes/new requirements to fulfill business needs, goals and objectives.
