•  Responsibilities: Analyze the issue raised by the users, by understanding the current functionality and provide the solution without affecting the process.
• Understand the requirement from users, create functional design, develop & test for the new requirements
• Provided support for incidents and new requests raised by users
• Providing resolutions within SLAs for all type of priority tickets.
• Conducting meetings with Onsite teams from time to time for a better co-ordination Between Onshore & Offshore
• Conducted the KT sessions for the end users

Responsibilities:

Working as a part of Order management (OM) team to provide global

Support to Nike’s business encompassing multiple geographies.

Understanding the functional requirements of the issues logged by the user and working towards resolution of the same as per SLA’s

Functional testing of the resolved issues and interacting with end user.

Interacting with clients for work request case details and resolving them.

Documentation of order management functionalities for knowledge transition.

Provide the End user training for newly developed enhancement.

Coordinate with multiple teams and multiple data centers in resolving support related issues.

To pick the tickets from the queue based on the priority.
