Recruitment App

About:

1. Manage the entire recruitment activity starting from finding the right candidate from external sources like LinkedIn, Monster etc and then having them applied to the Job: Candidate Search and Candidate Job Application Management

2. We have had API Integrations to Job Boards via a 3rd party called Daxtra

3. It would run the search queries against popular Job Boards

4. The results would then be saved as Contacts in Salesforce

5. We also had an integration to a Resume Parsing and Search Provider called TextKernel (3rd party).

6. TextKernel was responsible for parsing the Resumes

7. The parsed result (obtained via API calls) would be stored in Salesforce as Contacts too

8. We also had a UI more or less like a Kanban Board which allows Recruiters to manage the Job Application process.

Responsibilities:

1. We build this thing initially in Visualforce when Lightning was not there and then we rebuilt it in LWC recently

2. I had worked on this project for almost 4 years

3. Performed API Integrations

4. Building UIs using LWC and SLDS

5. Creating Mockups and Wireframes
