    Raffa, PC – Managed Accounting Services IT Manager (April 2016 – May 2018)

    Manage Intacct IAP, Bill.com, and Nexonia accountant programs including the requirements assessments, software demonstrations, implementations, training, and support for non-profit organizations. Launched and managed Zendesk supporting 80 accountants; 1,400 tickets in first 12 months.

    Influenced strategic decisions as they related to business applications.  Developed the classroom curriculum for Bill.com, Intacct, and Quickbooks and created a library of training videos.  Monthly Lunch and Learns reached capacity with up to 60 attendees.

    Archdiocese of Washington – Director of Finance Parish & Schools (March 2012 – April 2016) 

    Upgraded 110 parishes and schools from CMS to Microsoft Dynamics GP; 10 remote locations every 60 days without missing a deadline.  Full-charge for the business requirements, software configuration & implementation, data conversions, and classroom curriculum & training.  After software conversion, managed the on-going financial operations. Published training videos on YouTube with over 1,000 views.

Microsoft Dynamics GP President’s Club consulting with 200 companies, implementing software for 150, and over 25 companies expanded my engagement to Outsourced CFO /Controller with engagements extending for over ten years.

    Recruited as the first staff accountant in the newly formed parent company. Recorded contracts, deeds of trusts, and escrow statements. Provided budget versus actual variances analysis to CEO. Implemented Solomon I job costing saving substantial time in consolidations.
