• Also responsible for the creation of User manual documents, and providing training to end-users.

Jijau Engineering is the Subcontracted Organisation which works in premises of Konecranes at Jejuri MIDC. I worked as a Jr. production engineer and I was responsible for the production line of Girder Manufacturing.

As a production engineer my responsibilities were:

• Responsible for daily production & shop floor management of EOT crane manufacturing.
• To Ensure Production of Job with Quality Standards & Safety at Workplace.
• Co-ordinate with Concern departments for effective planning & follow up of Material as per Requirement.
• To conduct Stage Wise inspection of Job.
• Responsible for Solutions of Technical Problems that arise during fabrication.
• Reporting To concern Authorities about Production on a daily basis.
• Prepare Production Charts/Reports for analysis objective & hence to reduce Rework and Rejection.
• SAP-ERP System Work, Involves Releasing Plan Order for Actual Production.
• BOM Creation and maintenance.
• Analyzing Material Availability by using MRP.
• Purchase Requisition creation and maintenance.
• Update Production details In SAP System.
