Thames Water UK(Wipro)

  • Currently Owning L3 support of SAP FICA, summer projects (Extended functionality/CR of ISU implementation) and ISU migrations.
  • Had resolved 220 incidents during warranty period (7 months) related to ISU FICA implementation and reduced the number of incident to 20 per month.
  • Designed and written write-off process for 1906 release which integrates with debt manager system.
  • Re-designed Insight process (Credit reporting to Equifax) and owned the whole process which was extremely complicated. Received appreciation for the same from customer.
  • Implemented a CR for keeping old reference number of DD in migrated system in 1909 release which has saved million pounds for Thames water.
  • Done migration 6 times by now for spring (P0/P1/P1A/P2/P2A,P2) and actively involved in migration activity and post migration validations.

2016 - 2020
    • Owning ISU FICA implementation for a Utility(water) company. This is one of the major project(Spring) of my carrier where we have replaced 25-year-old mainframe backend system with SAP in 24 months.
    • Involved in writing HLDD, BPDD, Business workshop and functional specification for Spring Project.
    • Worked with C4C team to integrate ISU FICA with SAP cloud for utilities for process like Refund, Invoice/bill/payment display, CDC payment and all other FICA process which will be handled by agents.
    • Designed correspondence approach to integrate SAP Print workbench with DOC1 for all letters like 3
    • Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted dunning letter, direct debit letter, payment card letter, installment plan letter etc which is very complex because legacy system changes are not possible.
    • Designed Payment interface using SAP Payment lot(FP05) which is used across all payment mode like Pay point, DCA, CAF, GIRO, RPU, DWP, Santander, Post office payment, Very good understanding of BACS process including direct debit, Bank returns (AUDDIS/ADDACS, ARUCS, ARUDD), Refunds, Reoccurring card payment, CDC Payment etc.
    • Designed CDC payment process to get card payment using payment gateway ECKOH/World pay which is used by Thames agents using C4C, IVR, Thames water portal using MCFU services.
    • Implemented SAP masking software UIM100 SP5 for GDPR compliance.
    • Designed refund process Using SAP workflow to automate refund process.
    • Worked with digital team for designing web portal for Thames water using OData/MCFU services for process like Refund, online payment, get financial transaction history, setting up payment plan, setting direct debit and any other financial process.
    • Designed the full integration with DM9 application which is developed by FICO for debt management agent using SAP collection Process and dunning (FP03, FPVA, FPCI,) and many custom programs.
    • Designed/written 12 FS for Digital integration of FICA module with thameswater.co.uk using Odata services enhancing MCFU and custom services.
    • Have prepared cut-over document for pilot go live which consists of 100 steps and it got reduced to 40 during migration.
