Analysed nature of daily tickets and proposing the solution accordingly to reduce the number of tickets of same nature for sub-modules like OM, PA, Time, PY and 2020-01 – 2020-06 2020-06 – Till date ESS/MSS. 2. Collaborate closely with functional/technical consultant and client for major change in process. 3. Building effective working relationship with the business; understanding their issues, concerns and priorities. 4.
