BPM Office:

• Liaise with Saudi Aramco BPO to implement changes required in Saudi Aramco ARIS conventions for business process design based EPM requirements as needed.

EPM ARIS Models:

• Liaise with EPM SI resources to introduce Saudi Aramco ARIS business process modeling conventions and facilitate updates to EPM ARIS process models.
• Develop EPM ARIS Modeling Quality plan and conduct QA and QC to ARIS Process Models developed by SI team.

Solution Manager Integration:

• Establish and support EPM ARIS integration with Solution Manager to integrate all EPM process models to SAP Solution Manager and ensure the value of this integration is accomplished and realized.

ARIS Training:

• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for ARIS users, as well as administrators, for both existing staff and any new hires. Training will be balanced with other support activities.
