I have 5years of experience as a HCM functional consultant. I have worked using various tools such as Successfactors, Taleo & Workday. Currently am self learning workday technical part as well.
• Developed Workday Reports on various modules .Created some complex reports for businesses in modules like Core HR.
Gather requirements and convert them into system configurations.Have involved in Inbound & outbound EIB integration.
• Effort estimations on the new assignments coming up from business & have always been able to be on time to deliver the same with quality intact.
• Track the various issues faced by team members while working on the deliverables and generate
various reports to minimize similar issues in future.
• Core team member of the Workday Reporting group at GE. Involved in training the new hires at GE in Workday Reporting.
