INFOR EAM Projects (Multiple)

Responsible for the upgrade of the EAM system from homegrown EAM systems to INFOR EAM 11.4 ce. The project included an integration of data between EAM and INFOR LN (ERP).  This will include Purchasing, Item Master Record.  Modules included Asset Management, PM / Work Orders. Storerooms were created for all locations.  We loaded stock, inventory and reorder points for purchasing.  The EAM <> LN integration will manage all RFQ, PR, PO and Invoicing points and report back to EAM

INFOR MP2 to EAM Upgrade

Responsible for the upgrade of the county EAM system from MP2 <> INFOR EAM 11.4. The project included the migration of over 20 years of data.  Modules included Asset Management, Fleet Management, PM / Work Orders, Inspections, Linear Asset management and Inspections.  All county locations were migrated to the new system as well as all related assets.  Storerooms were created for all locations.  We loaded stock, inventory and reorder points for purchasing.  Integrations were made to the Oracle E business Suite.  This will manage all RFQ, PR, PO and Invoicing points and report back to EAM.

Rail Industry INFOR EAM

Track Department:

Responsible for the implementation of multiple business groups.  Track and Signals for the NY Metropolitan Transit Authority. Reviewed and Created Training Material for Track Business group where we implemented the Electronic Log Book, Insulated Joint Inspection Application (Mobile) as well as Failure Analysis codes and processes for reliability centered maintenance. Developed Training materials as well as performed the training of Key Users.   Performed the loading of key data related to the track department.  Developed Advanced reports for Management review as well as compliance tracking. Developed a Preventive Maintenance program for maintenance and inspections.  Developed a Tool Management Application (Mobile) for the tracking and issue of all mobile tool issues.  All tool assets are tracked in the EAM Database and issued as requested from the users.

Signals Department

Built a reliability centered maintenance process to track all of the signals related trouble calls within the MTA.  This system was responsible for the majority of delays across the MTA and received a mandate to reduce the number of trouble calls causing delays.  We built Failure Codes to be attached to all equipment types and then prioritized the trouble calls across the system.  The data was then reported to Signals management via custom reports where they could be categorized, and an action plan put in place to address the high priority and repeat failures to eliminate future delays.  This data all resided within the INFOR EAM System.

Casino EAM Cloud Suite with Hospitality Management Suite

We were tasked with implementing INFOR EAM v11.3 with Mobile and Hospitality Integration.  This implementation will be installed through the River Spirit Complex.  This includes a 468 room Hotel complex, 3600 Gaining machines, Hotel Guest Service Request system, Gaming floor service Requests all with Mobile and all of the Facilities Assets within the complex. 

We are responsible for building and delivery of training material for INFOR EAM and Mobile. The EAM system will be integrated using ION to connect to the Lawson Suite of Applications that will handle all of the Financial and Supply Chain processes.

Multiple Maximo Implementations (15 years experience)

Project Manager and functional lead for the implementation.  We were tasked with building Web based training material for Maximo 7.5 / 7.6 with Scheduler using Adobe Captivate.  We performed a complete install of Maximo 7.5 across multiple servers in a clustered environment with LDAP integration. We have since upgraded the system to version 7.6. We have implemented a materials management process for multiple stores locations across the state. We have developed multiple processes within Maximo to utilize modules including Assets, Locations, Materials Management, Procurement, PM, Job Plans, Labeling, Work Management and finally Maximo Mobile Inventory and Work Management Application.

Municipality Project:

I was the functional lead for the implementation of Maximo 7.5 for utilities.  We added additional product verticals including, Utility manager, Calibration, Spatial (GIS) and Linear work management.  This installation included materials management, which required integrations with the current JD Edwards system.  I was responsible for building training material and delivering the training to the entire staff.
