This customer is one of the largest automotive manufacturer in world , they wanted to automate their sales process in South Ease Asia market where the teams was using excel and outlook to maintan thier sales all thier sales related work from prospect listing to quotation submition was done using excel and physical papaer. As a business they are very much dependednt on he excel for reporting and their was no way to forcast sales pipeline and effort calculation of sales person.
I was a lead contributor for this engagement from pre-sales , I was responsible to understand thier business process and deliver a POC demo and submit an details project plan with cost.We proposed Dynamics 365 sales onlineeventualy we won the project and implemented sales online to thier SEA region with multiple language and customied sales process.
Customer is india's largets job portal and they were running MS Dynamics CRM 2013 to cater thier customer service and also another Dynamics 365 Online for diffrent business unit.
As a lead consultant I contributed in pre-sales to presnet demo effort estimation and once we won the project we did re-implementation and fresh implementation across diffrent BU and continalsy supporting them ever since.
