Created an AppExchange Application to Convert visitor companies into leads and accounts and integrate them seamlessly into individual sales processes. Integration of Client's system to sync Data in Salesforce. Track website visit and duration. Implementation to sync data in Customers orgs from Client's system manually and also provide a feature to sync data automatically based on Configuration. Implementation: Sales Cloud, Visualforce Page, Apex, Trigger, Custom Setting, Custom Metadata. This app is live on Appexchange
The customer is running an Eye-hospital in the UK and needs to set up and implement the Salesforce Service Cloud Enterprise Edition to take care Patient cases, schedule appointments and chat support.
