UAE is the home to their operational headquarters. With the support of multiple 3pl providers, they have carved a dominating presence for themselves through trades across italy, ireland, france, and uae. In terms of store experience, sephora is one of the largest retail outlets, closely followed by harrods, uk, to have transacted their products. Apart from their wide range of products online, quite recently, they launched sales through advertisements on instagram.

Business Need:

To integrate all channels of sales with the new addition of Instagram Orders.

To automate Invoicing, transaction booking, and communication with 3PL (third party logistics provider) which was previously maintained unsystematically on Excel.

To automate a single point view of all back-office functions including finance, sales (online & instagram), inventory management, and purchase.
